Alaska Raft & Kayak LLC

   I,_______________________, Releasor, in consideration of being permitted to participate in activities as a customer of Alaska Raft and Kayak LLC, Due for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and forever discharge Alaska Raft and Kayak LLC and it.s officers, agents, employees, their heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns (Releasees), from any and every claim, demand, action, or liability, of any kind of nature, either in law or equity, arising from any bodily, personnal, or mental injuries known or unknown, including death, or property damage, resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of participation as a customer of Alaska Raft and Kayak LLC, or any activities in connection with Alaska Raft and Kayak LLC.

   I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Releasees for any loss, liability, damages, or costs by Releasses as a result of any bodily, personal, or mental injuries, including death, or property damage resulting from my participation in Alaska Raft and Kayak LLC.

Releasor agrees to pay Alaska Raft and Kayak LLC, at Alaska Raft and Kayak.s replacement cost, including a labor charge of $60 an hour, for all rented equiptment, which is returned damaged in any way or not returned to Alaska Raft and Kayak LLC. Releasor also agrees to pay all rental fees, for all equipment canceled inside of 30 days of trip departure. Releasor agrees there is no refund for early returns. Releasor understands that Alaska Raft & Kayak LLC may substitute all rental equipment at Alaska Raft & Kayaks discretion if your equipment becomes unavailable due to acts of god such as inclement weather. Releasor will require all persons on his/her raft to wear a personal flotation device (life jacket). he terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.

   Releasor States that he/she has carefully read this Release, fully understands its contents, and signs this release as a free and voluntary act.
